I earned my law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University, in New York City. As a former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County and Senior Litigator for a New York government agency, I am a skilled negotiator and an effective trial lawyer with 20 plus years of experience. I have the sophisticated legal knowledge needed to protect your child’s rights and interests, both in and out of court.
I also have a special understanding of the challenges that parents with special needs children face. My son, Brett, was born four months prematurely and wasn’t expected to survive. But Brett did survive, and despite several developmental challenges throughout the years, he is a happy and healthy 20 year old who loves life. Today, I use my vast legal knowledge and personal experience to help special needs children obtain the educational opportunities they are entitled to by law.
